I had to go to the Vet today. I dislike the Vet. Now, the Vet is very nice to me, but I do not appreciate her sticking a syringe up my nose and squeezing liquid into my note.

Happy Birthday, Tommy P
It was Tommy P.'s birthday a couple of weeks back. Karla and Mommy caught up with him after they both got back from trips. Better late than never, right?

A Long Week
Mommy was on a business trip last week - actually, it seemed like two weeks since she left the week before. Of course I was sad to see her go, but I got to hang out with all my friends - and Auntie Vicky.
I knew something was up when Mommy spent the night before packing her bags (not a week ahead like she normally does). And, her need to take pictures of me at rediculously early hours of the morning before she leaves.
Vicky would text Mommy to let her know how I was doing and Mommy would text Vicky. Auntie Vicky would share with me the pictures Mommy sent.
Like the one of the Peabody ducks. I love the ducks. But, Mommy tells me this is the last time she will see them in Orlando because The Peabody in Orlando was sold to the Hyatt. That means an end to the ducks.
Or how about the one of Mommy playing with her new toy...an Excavator Demonstrator.
Pretty cool!
I was happy to know that Mommy was doing well and she in turn was happy to hear that I was doing well (and was on my best behavior).
But Mommy and I were both pretty darn tired by the end of the week. And happy to see each other.
I spent much of the weekend recovering (and so did Mommy) by laying on the couch or cuddling with Mommy.
I'm happy that life will get back to normal this week...me sleeping in bed at night, hanging out at the back window watching all the activity in The West End, going for walks when Mommy gets home from work and just having some me time.

Celebration Time
I got to go to Jack's birthday party today. You may be saying it is a little early to have Jack's birthday - and it is. But, Jack is usually away at his birthday time and can't share it with his friends. So, Karla and Tim decided to hold one for him early. I felt so privileged to be invited.
So, I bought Jack a book and headed out to his party. I was a bit confused about the location though. I've never been to the golf course, let alone a mini golf course.
I got to the party a little early...so I had a wait for the others to arrive.
I then found out we were actually playing golf. One problem, I've never played. But that was OK. Mommy knew how and she helped me.
Mommy said I did a really good job (and so did Karla). So much so that Mommy gave me a treat (and I got plenty more from Jack's friends)
Jacks friends were really nice to me. They fed me chips (one of my favorites). And, one even wanted to hold me.
But most of all, I really enjoyed hanging out with my Mommy!
Thanks Jack for having me. I had a ton of fun.

Auntie Nancy
I'm so very lucky that I have many Auntie's to take care of me. Auntie Nancy was over yesterday to hang out with Mommy (and me, of course).

Golfing with Jack
Jack, Mommy - and Karla and Tim of course - went out this past weekend.
They went to a new restaurant - Pizzeria Lola - and then headed out to play a little minature golf.
And when they were done, they had a little ice cream. It did take Jack a little while, but he did eat the entire cone.

The Girls
The girls came for a visit. I know what you're thinking? You're wondering who it could possibly be - since I'm a ladies man and all.
Kira, Katrina and Korissa stopped by this past weekend.
The girls got the grand tour of the new building from Mommy. Of course, they liked the pool.
Anyway, they went to lunch and then came back and watched the Disney Channel while Mommy and Kira caught up.
I really enjoyed having them here and hope they come back soon!

Guilt Trip
I'm getting good at giving Mommy the guilt trip when she leaves the apartment for work, to run errands or to spend time with her friends.
I mean really, wouldn't you have a hard time saying no to this face?

American Girl Doll
I forgot to tell you, but Mommy and Katie got together last week and she met up with Grace at the American Girl Doll store at MOA. Grace was so excited to show Mommy all of the dolls. Good thing Mommy was up to speed on AGD...she has some prior experience picking out AGD and even going to the store (multiple occasions).
