It's a real struggle to tell you what is different in my day since Mommy has been working from home. Mommy keeps the same.routine. She is out of bed by 5 a.m., showers, reads the news and sometimes watches a TV show, puts on her make-up, dries her hair and gets dressed all before 6:45 a.m. That's when she starts work. Then she spends the entire day working, taking a break at 6 p.m. to take me for a walk, catch up with Grandma and Grandpa Mac and make dinner
Mommy might take an extended break, but she usually goes back to work, answering inquiries from her team, reviewing and editing communications and actually doing the work she has to deliver (versus spending time on video calls).
Me, I sleep, eat, go potty and do it all over again. In between, Mommy will give me hugs and kisses, give me chicken, refresh my water and make an occasional appearance on Mommy's video calls.
It's all in a day's work as they say.
Before I go, this is the statement Mommy made today.

Day 14 - COVID-19 2020
Today was much like yesterday. We finished the third season on Ozark yesterday (best season so far in my opinion) and are almost through with the Tiger King.
We went for a walk once the weather cleared up.
Ordered pizza from Parlor and cookies from Stella Barra.
Had Framily dinner with the extended framily.
And after dinner drinks with Linda's family from NYC (who are right in the hot zone.for.COVID in the US right now).

Day 13 - COVID-19 2020
Mommy took a break from work today. She spent the day cleaning and ordering supplies. She also had a quick virtual happy hour with a few friends.
I got to watch Angels and Demons. You see, when I was little, The DaVinci Code and the follow up movie I would sit still for. I was a very active puppy and the music in the movie calmed me.

Plenty of hugs and kisses from Mommy.
And finally, the statement Mommy made today.

Day 11 - COVID-19 2020
Today I got to join Mommy for the full marketing virtual team meeting. There were 63 people on the call.
With all the people on the call, I struggled to get a word in edge wise.
In other news, Mommy's soap arrived. She had a shipment a week ago but someone stole it from the package room. Needless to say Mommy was not pleased.

Day 10 - COVID-19 2020
Wow. Today has been an exceptionally busy day for Mommy. So she was able to take a picture at the start of our day and at the end of our day.
In between, I had some chicken, a late lunch, lots of lounging, a little sleeping and also joined Mommy's team video call by request. Her team thinks I'm cute so I provided a pick-me-up for the them today.
Oh, before I wrap up my post, this is the statement Mommy made today.

Day 9 - COVID-19 2020
I was hoping that today Mommy would be able to take a break from all of her technology.
Needless to say that did not happen.
I was able to join Mommy for her first conference call of the day.
Mommy thinks I was much more restless today than all the previous days. She may be right.
But I sure looked cute in all my states of restlessness (even when I was sleeping).
Not to be forgotten, Mommy and I did out for our evening walk.
And of course, this is the statement Mommy made today.

Day 8 - COVID-19 2020
Day 8. I started the day trying to help Mommy get her work done.
But that didn't last long because Mommy couldn't focus on anything but my cuteness.
Mommy was busy today, but she made sure to make time for me.
I went back to focusing on being cute.
And the finally, we went for a walk.
Oh, and before I go, Mommy'statement today.

Day 7 - COVID-19 2020
Another day, another say of shelter-in-place
Our saving grace is me. You see, the state still allows dog owners to take their dogs outside during this time.
Today, Mommy and I crossed the river and ventured into the Loop. Needless to say, there were very few people out and about.
Mommy had virtual dinner with the framily (I finally got to join a framily dinner).
And before I forget, this was the statement Mommy made today:

Day 6 - COVID-19 2020
Mommy stepped away from work for a few hours to focus on getting chores done around the house, going to a different grocery store to find the basics she couldn't find yesterday and catching up on Netflix.
Oh, and we also went for a walk.
Mommy did not make a statement today, so enjoy more cute pictures of me.

Day 5 - COVID-19 2020
Today was a long day for Mommy. She started working super early this morning. So I tried to stay out of her way and let her get things done.
The best part of the day was going for an evening walk!
After we got back, Mommy went to the grocery store. The list of what she couldn't find this week was longer than last week. She couldn't get milk, eggs, sour cream, beef, chicken, frozen vegetables, toilet paper, paper towels, pasta noodles and pasta sauce. Thank god Diet Coke was still available.
On a final note, this was the statement Mommy made today:
