I'll do just about anything to keep Mommy from leaving the house. Why? I just really like hanging out with her.

My best technique is "the look." Of course I perfected "the look" after years of observing Mommy (she is the queen of "the look").

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's out there and to the Mom's that pull double duty (like mine). I stayed inside today. We are having very hot weather and it's dangerous our there for puppies like me.

Unlike my Mom who spent part of the morning at the pool. She said the water was cool. Plus she said it was a great way to watch the Germany/Mexico soccer match.

Now I'm just hanging out with Mommy in bed. We called Grandpa Mac to wish him a Happy Father's Day!

Me vs. Swiffer

It was me versus the Swiffer for about 20 minutes this morning. I think I won, but just look at the amount of dust  (and my Mom cleans every week) it collected.

Marshmallow

I don't think I have ever told you how much I love marshmallows. Well, I do. I have a sweet tooth just like Mommy. So I get very, very excited when Mommy let's me have this special treat.

Lightning Hangover

I told you about my lightning experience. Well, I spent the day recovering. Mommy was pleased I was able to really get some rest.

Stormy

And no, I don' mean the Kylie Jenner Stormi. I mean the bad storms that rolled through Chicago very early this morning. I had to wake up Mommy because, well, I was scared. It was dark and there was so much lightning. I'll admit it, I don' like lightning.

Mommy eventually calmed me down, but I've spent much of the day still trying to hide from the storms.
