This past week I was traveling for business. In the time of Cosmo, I would have felt immensely guilty for having to bring Cosmo to boarding and that he would have had to be there through Saturday morning because of my flight times. I'll admit, I was a bit sad this morning when I realized I didn't need to go get Cosmo from playing with his friends.
This week in San Francisco was exhausting. It was a lot of walking and standing and walking and standing some more. But, I learned a lot and got to meet my peers from other professional services organizations (Cosmo would have said that I deserved to be in the room, while I would have worried I wasn't good enough to be at the same table).
Lenny Kravitz opened the event and Matthew McConaughey was in the house (Bono was on site later in the week, but I wasn't able to make my schedule work to be there). There was also a lot of Formula 1 content (Grandpa Mac would have loved it to learn how they are using technology to create a better experience for the fans both on and off the track).
There was even a craft moment where we could make statement bracelets (Salesforce style).
