It’s Halloween. Of course Mommy could not resist putting me in a costume. And I think you can tell from the looks of it, I’m not down with it.
I will say that I’m on brand for our family, given Mommy’s love for cotton candy.
And finally, Mommy’s statement of the day.
It was a pretty normal Saturday. I was up early to eat, so that meant Mom could start the laundry, clean the house and organize things (agai, a normal Saturday). The good thing was that it stopped raining so I could get outside for my walk.
Mom went to the grocery store today because she is very unhappy that her Whole Foods delivery is no longer free (what is the point to Prime?). So I slept.
Mommy was pleasantly surprised when she found me sound asleep in my teepee when she got home from the store. In fact, I didn’t realize she was home for about a half hour.
I did spend a good deal of time in the late afternoon finding trouble. At one point, I ended up in my food and water bowl while Mommy was making her Halloween-themed cocktail.
I do need a bath, but taking one in my water bowl is not what Mommy envisioned.
Finally, our statements of the day.
Friday. For the second day in a row, it rained. So I just hung out while Mommy worked.
Although, I did get restless and found myself in places I couldn’t get out of. Mommy thought rearranging some things would be better, but she found the error in her plans (or rather I did).
While we didn’t go out, Mommy still made a statement of the day.
Thursday! Mommy keeps starting her day earlier and earlier and finishing later and later. It didn’t matter today, as it has been raining steadily since mid-afternoon.
And of course we are making a Halloween statement this week. Candy!
