Let's Go Racing, Boys

Today was the kickoff to the 2015 NASCAR season! I spent most of the time perched on Mommy's lap.

There were a few parts of the race that were not as exciting. I took the opportunity to catch up on my sleep during those moments.

Junior finished a very respectable third. I hope that is a sign of good things to come this season.

The Vet

I had to go see Dr. Silverman this week. I'm all good, just a check up. But needless to say, I was none too pleased.

 I was really worn out and slept a lot. Mommy discovered I like to sleep like her.

The Blackhawks

Mommy got the opportunity to go to the The Blackhawks game on Friday. It was a night of first's. First time to the United Center. First time seeing the Blackhawks in Chicago. First time bringing work gear to a stadium. First time seeing the Blackhawks win.

But the biggest first of the night probably was Mommy's first Chicago bus ride!

I'm so happy Mommy was able to go out and spend time with some really nice people, even though she was home very late to take care of me!

...and I'm chillin'.

Blizzard Sunday

We're in the middle of a blizzard here in Chicago.  The snow is beautiful from the inside, but it is really messy when you're out in the storm.

Mommy says the snow is wet and heavy. And that's fine by me since I'm enjoying hanging out with Mommy inside, away from the storm.

My New Friend

I met a new friend this week at day care. I got cuddle with her a lot.

I had a great time with my new friend, but really was excited to go home and be with Mommy.
