I love PEEPs. I know it may not be a popular choice, but I have loved getting PEEPs in my Easter basket since I was a young girl. As I became an adult, PEEPs evolved into a pop culture icon. Soon, additional flavors were released (Cotton Candy is obviously my favorite) and PEEPs merchandise could be found. In fact, Cosmo's Auntie Rachel gifed him a number of PEEPs stuffy's over the years and he would always sleep with a PEEP right until the end.
This year, PEEPs stepped up their merchandise game. And, my sister had a fun time finding items she'd thought I'd love. And with that, I created several videos of my PEEPs haul.
I truly thank Kristin for taking the time to find all these cool items. I have shared a few with friends and their children. I've also been able to do a taste test of the cotton candy "flight" that she snuck into my basket.
The girls and I had an impromptu Easter dinner, which was great to be able to spend time with my Framily. My parents enjoyed a quiet celebration at home and Kristin spent time on a few flights - bumpy ones at that - making her way back from a trip to Japan.
And, I did get a chance to put on one of my new pairs of PEEPs ears for my traditional "holiday headgear" photo (and with the PEEPs tree)!
