Just Me

Just the Girls

Mommy spent a lot of time with Janet last weekend. They went shopping for candles (Janet likes the ones Mommy has and Mommy took her to get some - because they were on sale). They also stopped off at one of Mommy's favorite places to shop and had an awesome time, mainly because they had their own "male" stylist helping them pick out clothes. Mommy said he did not hold back.

After shopping, Mommy came home to spend time with me while Janet took Ian to the airport. Later, they met up for dinner. Buddy went, but I stayed home because I was tired.

They had a nice dinner and they event talked to Grandma!

Later in the week, Mommy joined Janet's fan club to hear her speak on the topic "travel with purpose." Mommy was impressed and learned much more about Janet's journey.

Mommy was happy she got to spend time with Janet. She, Ian and Buddy are in Michigan for several weeks while Ian works on-site for one of his clients. I already miss Buddy (and Ian - I really like him). But, Mommy says we can Skype with them all we want!

It's Jack

Mommy had dinner with Karla, Tim and Jack last week (and yes, I'm way behind on my posting). Of course they had fun. And it wouldn't be a family outing without Mommy and Jack backseat selfies.

Sydney, The Dancer

Mommy and I went to see Sydney last weekend. She had a dance recital and Mommy tried never to miss them.

Mommy said Sydney did really well. Me, I got to stay home and play with Murphy, Chloe and Aunt Stacia's Mommy's new puppy, Stella. I had a lot of fun.

We did have an eventful ride home. There were big storms that night. Mommy was thankful I didn't wake up. She said it was scary. But, we made it home - and honestly we wouldn't miss it for the world.

Local Celebrity

I've always known I've been special, but I didn't know how special until I became Pet Smart's - Maple Grove location - featured pet of the month. Yes, that's right. The featured pet of the month.

They had Mommy answer a few questions about what I like, what I'm like and stuff like that. Pretty cool, hey?

Minnehaha Falls

I knew we were going somewhere today, but I wasn't sure where. And to be honest, I didn't think Mommy was moving fast enough to get us there.

Once I got my leash on, Mommy walked to the elevator and we met Ian, Janet and Buddy. They told me were were heading to Minnehaha Falls. We met Ian and Janet's friends (and another dog) there.

First, we had lunch. There were so many new things to explore - and then all the people.

The Janet, me, Buddy and my new friend went to look at the falls. We eventually went all the way down to the "waiting pool". That meant that we went down 110 stairs and back up those stairs. I definitely got a workout, but it was so worth it.

Once we got back from our walk, I had a lot of water.

Thank you Ian, Janet and Buddy for asking Mommy and me to tag along. We had the best time.

Let Me Sleep

Mommy has tried to wake me up the last couple of mornings and I was having none of it.

Let's Play Ball

I'm so jealous! Jack invited Mommy to his last T-Ball game of the season. There was a little rain before and during the game, but the big rains held off. But, they had to call the game because of lightning.

After the game was finished, Jack got a medal and a Popsicle (which looked very good).

And, Mommy, Karla and Jack went to Smashburger for dinner (Jack did not have a Smashburger. He had a cheeseburger which he then smashed with his hands to create his very own Smashburger).

Happy Birthday, Jackson Hareing

Happy Birthday to my cousin Jackson Hareing. He is 7. In fact, he and I were born a month apart (that means my birthday is coming up soon).

Jackson, have a hoppy day!
