It's just pictures today.

Day 143 - COVID-19 2020

It's hump day! Boy was I feeling it this morning. I was up several times last night so I was very tired by the time Mommy got out of bed today.

Thank goodness Mommy had lots of calls today. I could catch up on my sleep.

But I was so ready to go when Mommy wrapped up her evening call with Jennifer.

But we had to wait forever for the elevator. This social distancing thing is putting a cramp on my walking time (but I get it and know I can be more patient).

Finally, the mask and statement of the day.

Day 142 - COVID-19 2020

Mommy held true to her promise. We went out for a walk first thing this morning since it was raining and wet last night.

And there was a bonus; I still got to go out for our evening walk too. Mommy totally got distracted and forgot to take our picture. But she did get one of me in my new favorite place...the mulch!

Mommy didn't forget to take a a pic of the mask and statement of the day.

Day 141 - COVID-19 2020

We definitely had a case of the Monday's today. It was pouring down rain during the time we normally go for our walk. No amount of kisses or cuddles waa going to make me feel any better about not being able to go out for our walk.

I'm also pissed because Mommy got to go out today at lunch. She had to ship something to Grandma and Grandpa. I could have gone with her (but I know I couldn't). Mommy tried to tell me the weather wasn't nice and it was gloomy. That didn't make me feel better.

So I'll just leave you with the mask and statement of the day.

Day 140 - COVID-19 2020

Sunday Funday. Not really. Mommy went back to her honey hole for antibacterial wipes. Mommy bought stuff for Grandma and Grandpa yesterday, so she had to go back and get her stuff today (as she respects the limit placed by the store on the number of antibacterial items that can be purchased at one time.
That meant Monmy and I got out early for our walk.

Mommy had a pool reservation today, but the weather was not cooperative. So, she got in the car (it needs to be driven at least once a week) and she went all the way to Evanston (Grandma and Grandpa's old stomping grounds). Mommy decided to do her grocery shopping there (she needed Diet Coke), but first made a stop at Trader Joe's. The line wasn't as long as the one for the store in Downtown Chicago. By the time she left, the line made a circle around the parking lot.

I just laid around and watched her put away the groceries when she got home.

A bonus feature for today...pictures Mommy forgot to share yesterday.

Finally, the mask of the day.

Day 139 - COVID-19 2020

It's Saturday. And you know that today is cleaning day (and sometimes nail day). I supervised cleaning day.

We didn't go out for our walk right away this morning because it was raining. So Mommy went to get her nails done instead.

She said it was a yellow kind of day.

Things cleared up while Mommy was getting her nails done, so she came right home to take me out for our walk.

I wasn't so patient at the elevator. We had to wait a couple of times because there were too many on the elevator at once (our building restricts it to two people).

Once outside, I spent plenty of time in the mulch. Good thing, we had to wait 5 minutes when we got back to the building to get on the elevator.

Mommy spent the afternoon running errands. She got some antibacterial cleaning stuff for Grandma and Grandpa because they can't find any. She'll ship it to them tomorrow.

Oh, Mommy got new hats. She knows she'll need something to keep her protected from the sun when she visits Auntie Rachel at the lake. I like them.
