2019 Chicago Marathon

It's marathon day. We were up bright and early to watch the participants.

I was too busy watching the runners to take a picture with Mommy.

Pet Blessing

Me, Max and Toulouse attended the pet blessing at St. James Cathedral for the feast of St. Francis.

I was apprehensive at first. I wasn't sure what to make of all the dogs (and cats).

Toulouse and I led the way into the church.

We got into the church and found a place where we could stretch out.

All of us were very well behaved. Every time the choir would sing, Max would sing along. He can really hit the high notes.

Finally, it was time for the blessing.

After the blessing, Max and I decided it was time to rest before our walk home.

I think this might be as close as we are going to get joining our Mommy's and Daddy's for Sunday framily dinner.

What a day. I got home and passed out.
