Holiday Spirit

Mommy has a thing for "head gear" for all holidays. She has so many for Christmas that she decided we needed to have a holiday head gear week. Clearly I'm not as into it as she is.

The only thing I'll say is Mommy looks pretty cute as an angel.

What's That Sound?

You all know I'm terrified of the refrigerator monster.  A close second is the Dishwasher. Mommy thinks she is being clever when she turns on the Dishwasher before bed. She thinks her white noise app will drown it out. She is wrong.

Morning, Evening

My day starts out watching Mommy get ready for work and then hiding once I know she is almost ready to leave to go to work.

Mommy is sad that I'm sad she is leaving. So she gives me lots of hugs and kisses (and takes an occasional selfie).

By the time Mommy gets home from work, I'm ready to play. Mommy chases me (or I chase her). I get tired and end the day much the same way I start it (but I'm not hiding).

The Most Sought After Gift of the Season

Matching PJs. That's right, the most sought after gift this holiday season is matching PJs. But, not matching PJs for the family, rather for pets and their owners.

Auntie Rachel gifted Mommy and me matching onesie, hoodie PJs. And she even had our names embroidered on the PJs. How cool are these?

The PJs are super comfy and help keep us both warm (especially Mommy since she is always cild)

Finally

I'm feel like myself, finally. I've been running, jumping and playing with Mommy just like I did before my upset Tummy.

Stressing Mom Out

Remember how I told you I had an upset Tummy last week? Well, I didn't quite recover as quickly as Mommy thought I would. In fact, Mommy called the emergency doctor again when I didn't poop for a few days. Well, I pooped the next day and it was messy.

So Mommy really went into panic mode. She eventually figured out that changing my diet to just chicken (which was to ensure I didn't throw up anymore) was causing my messy poop. To be honest, I didn't help matters when I spit out the rice and potatoes that were meant to help with my poop.

Finally, Mommy figured out how to make me better and early this morning I pooped the way I am supposed to. Mommy was so happy!

Today, a week after this ordeal started, I'm on the mend.

Being sick is exhausting!
