I'm Naked

At least I feel like it. Mommy and Daddy took me to the groomer today. Mommy said my hair was getting too long (I agreed), meaning that no one could see my beautiful eyes. Plus, it gets really hot with all this fur. So, Mommy and Daddy told them to give me a "summer cut." The result...see for yourself.

I think they might have taken a bit too much off. Now, you can see everything...including my pink skin. Now, you can tell how skinny I really am. Mommy even told them to cut my signature ears shorter, but told them to leave my tail long. What the...?

Well, it's only hair. Mommy assures me it will grow back. And you know what, I had long hair in my dreams today...so Mommy must be right.

I've Got My Eye On You

I have been spending much of my weekend keeping my eye on the neighbors - especially the boys from across the street. They like to come across the road from there driveway to ours because ours is like a ramp.

Girls, Girls, Girls

It's not what you think...Mommy reunited with the "girls" this weekend for a slumber party. Mommy didn't stay the night, but she spent most of the day and evening with Kira, Carrie and "the girls." I was jealous...I wanted to go - and Katrina wanted me to come - but I wasn't feeling well over the weeknd. My tummy was giving me some trouble. So, Mommy thought it would be best if I stayed home.

Mommy brought the girls lots of treats.

The girls also got to play at the park (very cool).

They also made taco's and watched movies. I missed all of the fun, but Mommy promises me that I will get to play with the girls soon.

Clyde's Here!

That's right, Clyde is here for the weekend. We have been having so much fun.

1. We have been chasing each other around the house.

2. We have been eating and drinking out the same bowl. No need for Clyde to bring food.

3. We both get to sleep with Mommy and Daddy (Aunt Sarah and Uncle Joel to Clyde).

4. We both got to go for a long walk this morning.

5. We got to watch the Indy 500 today when Mommy and Daddy ran errands.

6. We are now sleeping with Daddy (Uncle Joel) in the basement.

Needless to say, we are having a great time.

Sunny Sunday

It has been a beautiful Sunday. It is finally sunny (it rained much of the week). It gave me the opportunity to do a little sunbathing today. That's right, I love to lay in the sun.

Weather Fit for a Day at the Ballpark

Mommy and Daddy went to the Twins game yesterday afternoon (they say thank you to their friend Tina for the tickets). They had awesome seats!

Mommy has been to the park before, but this was Daddy's first time. He thought it was super cool. He really enjoyed the lounge in the area they were sitting. It meant that Mommy and Daddy didn't have to walk all the way up the concourse for something to eat. The "lounge" was on the third base line so all of the pictures on the wall were of famous Twins third basemen.

After eating, Mommy and Daddy headed back to their seats to settle in for the game. That was when things got interesting.

It was sunny at the start of the game. But, it started to rain, which turned to sleet and a few snowflakes, back to rain and by the time the game was over, the clouds began to part and the sun came back out. Well, as Mommy and Daddy said, welcome to Minnesota in May.

They had a really great time...and they even brought me something from the game. It was a free hat giveaway and Mommy and Daddy know I love hats with Velcro. Pretty cool, huh!

You've Got Mail

Imagine my surprise when I came home the other day and Daddy said that I had mail. I was curious...who would send me mail? Maybe Grandma and Grandpa or Aunt Kristin, Uncle Eugene and Jackson Hareing.

I thought I was seeing double for a minute when I saw the postcard that was sent to me. The picture of the puppy on the postcard almost looks like me. But, I still didn't know who sent it to me.

And then, I turned it over...

...Auntie Vicki!!!! She was in Florida last week and I was missing her so much. And, now I know she was missing me too! How cool is that?
